Happy Anniversary!!!  Can you believe it has already been one year since I left RE/MAX 100 to become associated with REMERICA UNITED REALTY?  The time passed so quickly.
 
This seems like the perfect time to thank you for such a warm welcome to your office.  You and your competent and helpful staff made the transition totally seamless.  By the end of my first day, I was totally comfortable and felt like I was "back home" at REMERICA.
 
As you know, before making the move I did a tremendous amount of research.  You offer the very best financial package available to real estate salespeople in western Wayne and south Oakland counties.  I was quite impressed that you do not charge transaction fees or other "add on" costs like so many other brokers, but choose to make your money the old fashioned way-by earning it!!!  I also want you to know how much I appreciate the extremely low errors and omissions insurance coverage, the company paid WWOCAR classes and the company paid continuing education.  I am proud to be associated with a broker who is so involved politically and as President of our association.  I am convinced you know more about the short sale process than anyone else in our industry, and I certainly thank you for continually sharing your knowledge with me.

To any Agent looking to make a difference in their career:

I worked at the two top producing offices in the metropolitan Detroit area - Coldwell Banker Schweitzer Northville Office for 6 years, and Keller Williams Northville Market Center for 5 years.

They were very large offices and carried a great appearance at first glance. However, after a while all of the shine wore off and all I was able to see was the corporate red tape - which was always searching for new ways to take more of the Agent's money. One hid behind the guise of profit sharing. The other just said "we are now charging you more money for the same thing we offered you last year."

I left one company to get away from that and low and behold, it raised its ugly head again. You could forget it if you have a need for a broker. All the fancy talk and b.s. does not add up to a hill of beans if you find yourself in a tough place and your company turns their back on you.
