To any Agent looking to make a difference in their career:
I worked at the two top producing offices in the metropolitan Detroit area - Coldwell Banker Schweitzer Northville Office for 6 years, and Keller Williams Northville Market Center for 5 years.
They were very large offices and carried a great appearance at first glance. However, after a while all of the shine wore off and all I was able to see was the corporate red tape - which was always searching for new ways to take more of the Agent's money. One hid behind the guise of profit sharing. The other just said "we are now charging you more money for the same thing we offered you last year."
I left one company to get away from that and low and behold, it raised its ugly head again. You could forget it if you have a need for a broker. All the fancy talk and b.s. does not add up to a hill of beans if you find yourself in a tough place and your company turns their back on you.
If you are a newer agentor a seasoned veteran, I can personally attest to the fact that Gary will be in your corner the instant you need him.
Working at Remerica United has been fantastic. Gary is committed to keeping a positively charged and upbeat attitude permeating the air in his office. There is constantly a sense of warmth, friendship and success in this office. Not to be confused with the typical, run of the mill corporate "hey Bob, how's it going" polite talk junk.
I can honestly say that Gary offers one of the best compensation packages in the industry. He has the most modern, upbeat office in the metro Detroit area. He is not only more than willing to step up to defend his Agents when the need arises, but he has the knowledge to back him.
I can tell you that since I have been at his office, what I have seen out of Gary is a very upfront honest person with a genuine concern not just for his Agents, but more importantly, for his Agents' success.
For me, this has been the best choice I have made in 12 years as an Agent. So if you are ready to make a choice in your life, this letter will reinforce the choice you have made.
PS - I would be honored to be the first to welcome you aboard.
Best Regards,
Al Frederick |
